Description
- Answer phone calls, emails, and messages
- Prepare and organize documents and files
- Assist with filing and record-keeping
- Schedule meetings and help with appointments
- Assist in basic office errands (photocopying, scanning, etc.)
- Help with simple reports or data entry
- Support other staff with office needs
- Basic knowledge in Accounting or familiarize (but not required)
Requirements
- College graduate (any course, business-related course is a plus)
- Open for fresh graduates
- With at least 6 months internship or related office experience
- Knows basic computer programs (MS Word, Excel, Email)
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Organized, responsible, and willing to learn
- Can work well with a team and follow instructions
- Can start as soon as possible
