  • Assist in managing office supplies and inventory.
  • Coordinate schedules and appointments for staff.

  • Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor degree graduate or any 4 years course.
  • Experience Level:0–2 years.
  • Skills and Competencies:Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Qualities and Traits:Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Responsibilities and Duties:Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
