The Admin Associate for Fleet Management will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the company’s vehicle fleet operations to ensure efficient scheduling, dispatching, and documentation. The role involves close coordination with drivers, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing administrative support to the Corporate Administration team.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day fleet operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and trip documentation.
  • Supervise and coordinate with drivers to ensure adherence to assigned schedules and routes.
  • Monitor vehicle usage, maintenance schedules, and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel usage, and related fleet documents.
  • Address urgent scheduling conflicts and resolve operational issues promptly.
  • Prepare fleet-related reports (e.g., vehicle usage, fuel consumption, repair costs, insurance status, etc.).
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth logistical support for company operations.
  • Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the Corporate Administration team.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related course.
  • At least 1–3 years in administrative support, fleet coordination, or logistics.
  • Experience handling drivers, scheduling, dispatching, and trip documentation.
  • Strong organizational and scheduling skills; proficient in MS Office; attention to detail in documentation and compliance.
  • Willing to work flexible hours (for early or late dispatch monitoring).
  • Ability to multitask and handle urgent scheduling conflicts, with good interpersonal skills and a teamwork mindset.
