Description
- Assigned to safeguard the contents of medical records
- Responsible for ensuring that charts are returned to medical records daily
- Proper labeling and filing of charts
- Perform other duties as deemed necessary by the Immediate Head
Requirements
- Must be a college graduate of any course
- Preferably with one (1) year of relevant experience
- With ICD-10 Coding Certification
- Good communication skills
- Computer literate, proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel)
