Job Description
- Manage claims ingestion and documentation.
- Ensure timely and accurate claims processing to meet TAT targets.
- Prepare and update daily/weekly productivity and performance reports.
- Support Triage/Reimbursement team with administrative coordination.
- Maintain organized filing and tracking of claims records.
- Handle communication and follow-ups related to claims processing.
- College graduate or at least 2nd-year college completer
- With at least 6 months of administrative or email management experience
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Claims processing experience is an advantage
