The Legal Admin Associate provides administrative and legal support across corporate operations, ensuring proper documentation, compliance, and coordination with internal teams, clients, and vendors. The role involves managing legal records, assisting in contract reviews, and supporting corporate governance activities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, organize, and maintain legal documentation, contracts, and corporate records.
  • Serve as custodian of all legal documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and secure storage.
  • Review and perform preliminary analysis of client and vendor contracts, agreements, and related documents.
  • Assist in client/vendor empanelment processes, including documentation, compliance checks, and coordination.
  • Support corporate management activities, including drafting memos, preparing reports, and assisting in legal or compliance-related tasks.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, legal counsel, and external partners to facilitate contract execution and documentation requirements.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to applicable commercial, corporate, and labor laws.
  • Assist in the preparation of legal summaries, compliance updates, and related administrative tasks.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in corporate administration, legal support, or handling legal documentation.
  • Background or working knowledge in contract management, commercial or corporate laws, and labor laws.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in client/vendor management or empanelment is an advantage.
