Job Description
- Support daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning.
- Manage schedules, organize meetings, and handle correspondence.
- Assist in data entry, document preparation, and filing systems.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and staff.
- Perform data entry, assist in reports, analyze information, and maintain office organization.
- Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office, strong analytical skills, data analysis capability, and excellent written communication skills.
