- Handle key administrative and operational FIELD-BASED tasks to ensure efficient business processes in VISMIN, in accordance with standard procedures for customer service (SLAs) and purchasing
- Document meetings with minutes of the meeting, and prepare/maintain accurate documentation for customer service and purchasing activities
- Source suppliers, obtain quotations, and manage procurement documentation
- Coordinate remotely with clients and internal teams, addressing inquiries and client concerns proactively
- Perform data entry and manage procurement systems or spreadsheets, as needed
- Facilitate compliance reports such as BIR 2303 and local permits
- Fulfill field based tasks and travel or visit client offices as needed
- Handle sensitive information with discretion
- Maintain high flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and client needs
- Bachelor's Degree
- With experience in purchasing and customer service.
- Willingness to travel.
