Description
- Address all transactional requirements of the office, such as but not limited to the tenant documentation requirements.
- Processing permits of IDs and passes
- Filing and safekeeping of all records of the office
- Preparation of Request for Payments, Petty cash replenishment,
- Monitoring and updating of records and documents
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate management, office administration, or any related course
- With 1 year of working experience in administrative or clerical work
- Experience in property management, real estate, or building administration is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office
- Basic knowledge of property leasing, billing, and tenant relations
