Description
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Assist in managing schedules, correspondence, and communications.
- Organize and maintain files and records.
- Facilitate office logistics and procurement of supplies.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in an administrative role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Help Desk support, MS Office, and data analysis; strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in scheduling, data entry, and maintaining reports; provide written communication support.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, standard working hours, may require flexibility.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, effective communicator, detail-oriented, and proactive.
