- Oversee legal documents, lease agreements, renewals, and compliance with regulatory requirements (Legal and Lease Management).
- Serve as the primary contact for lessors, addressing issues, negotiations, and operational concerns (Lessor Coordination).
- Maintain accurate records of leases, permits, and certifications ensuring audit readiness (Documentation Compliance).
- Supervise staff, manage workflows, and prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations (Administrative Support).
- Implement and enhance administrative policies for operational efficiency (Policy and Process Improvement).
- Train and manage administrative staff, ensuring optimal performance and resource utilization (Team Oversight).
- Support management in corporate initiatives and handle ad-hoc requests (Special Projects).
- 3 years of Administrative Experience.
- Strong experience in Contract Management.
- Proficiency in Lessor Coordination.
- Expertise in Lease Acquisition.
