Description
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, and maintain office supplies.
- Organize and schedule meetings, and manage correspondence.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks and maintain filing systems.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Management, Marketing, Office Administration, Financial Management, or equivalent.
- Preferably with at least 1–2 years of related experience.
- Good communication skills with the ability to multi-task, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient computer literacy, including solid working knowledge of MS Word.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong time management skills and resourcefulness.
- Able to perform productively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Willing to work in Greenhills, San Juan City.
