Position Overview:
We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. This role plays a vital part in ensuring effective communication, streamlined processes, and well-maintained documentation. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and handling emails and correspondence.
  • Keep company records, documents, and files organized—both digitally and physically.
  • Assist in creating reports, slide decks, and other business documents.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely updates.
  • Manage office communications, respond to inquiries, and oversee supplies and inventory.
  • Assist with onboarding tasks and support basic HR administrative needs.
  • Handle sensitive data with confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Take on additional administrative tasks to support overall business operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administrative or office support roles.
  • Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Self-motivated and capable of multitasking efficiently.
  • Skilled in using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Gmail, Drive) and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Professional demeanor, keen attention to detail, and a positive, proactive mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18,000.00 per month
