The Sales Administration Staff is responsible for supporting the sales team in executing administrative processes efficiently and systematically. This role includes managing sales documents such as price quotes, invoices, and delivery notes, as well as ensuring that all transaction data is accurately recorded in the system. This staff member also plays a crucial role in coordinating between the sales team, warehouse, and customers to ensure that the ordering and delivery processes run smoothly.

• Minimum education of high school/vocational school, D3/S1 preferred.
• Experience in administration or sales is an advantage.
• Proficient in computer operations and office applications, specifically Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and possesses good administrative skills.
• Communicative and able to work collaboratively in a team.
• Able to work under pressure and complete tasks quickly.
• Willing to follow the guidelines and work procedures established by the company.
