Description

  • Oversee and manage procurement, inventory, and asset management functions to support organizational needs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve cost savings and improve operational efficiency.
  • Drive automation initiatives to streamline processes and enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Ensure alignment of general services operations with the department's primary goals of saving, efficiency, and process automation.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize resource utilization and service delivery.
  • Monitor compliance with organizational policies and procurement regulations.


Requirements

  • 3-5 years of Admin Managerial experience.
  • Leadership and team coordination.
  • Strong experience in Procurement Management.
  • Expertise in Inventory and Asset Management.
  • Knowledge in Process Automation and System Optimization.
  • Strong focus on Cost Management and efficiency.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
