What You'll Do
  • Develop and analyze premium rates for individual and group insurance products.
  • Enhance proposal systems in collaboration with product development and underwriting.
  • Maintain and improve valuation models, working closely with Finance.
  • Determine policy reserves, solvency requirements, and net worth calculations.
  • Conduct profit testing, forecasting, and claims analysis.
  • Review and design sales incentives based on performance insights.
What We’re Looking For

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field
  • Drive to attain a designation in any recognized actuarial organization (SOA, ASP)

Technical & Analytical Skills

  • Experience with MS Office (Excel, VBA, Access), SQL, Python, or similar programs is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to gather, synthesize, and present data-driven insights

Mindset & Work Ethic

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Adaptability to work in an evolving and dynamic environment
  • Passion to grow and be recognized as a trusted business partner

Collaboration & Communication

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across teams and functions
