Description
- Manage and coordinate the preparation of tax returns and payments.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
- Analyze tax issues and provide strategic advice to management.
- Lead tax audits and resolve disputes with tax authorities.
- Train and mentor junior tax staff on regulations and processes.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in tax management.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in tax planning, financial audit, tax administration, and tax audit.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee tax compliance, prepare tax returns, and conduct audits.
- Working Conditions: Standard office environment with occasional overtime during tax season.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical thinker, and strong communicator.
- CPA is advantage but not required
