We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Collections Practitioner to manage OTC transactional tasks, including customer master data, credit management, billing, invoicing, cash application, collections, and dispute resolution. You will ensure timely and accurate processing while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer requests via phone, email, or portal in a fast-paced environment.
• Collect past-due invoices and follow up with customers independently.
• Reconcile complex accounts and assist in resolving disputes by collaborating with other departments.
• Process daily/month-end account reconciliations and maintain cash logs.
• Review and prepare customer refunds for overpayments or incorrect payments.
• Prepare weekly aging reports and prioritize accounts based on overdue status.
• Support credit release reviews as needed.

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in Collections.
• Willingness to work full-time on-site in Eastwood.
• Night shift availability required.
