Job Description:
Step into a pivotal role in finance with our Accounts Receivable Officer Level 2 position. You will manage and optimize our vital accounts receivable functions with precision and efficiency. This role emphasizes collaboration and innovation within our fast-paced, finance-savvy team based in the Philippines, allowing you to work from home. Key Responsibilities:
Project Administration:
Prepare and distribute project submissions.
Create and maintain project files in Dropbox, SharePoint and Total Synergy.
Manage project archiving processes in liaison with Project Managers.
Prepare and distribute weekly toolbox meeting minutes and track attendance.
Generate timesheet reports and process adjustments as directed by Team Leaders.
Accounts Receivable:
Prepare accurate and timely invoices and reconcile receipts.
Conduct customer account reconciliations.
Monitor and manage the debtor’s ledger and overdue invoices with Team Leader support.
Assist in resolving invoice and payment queries.
General Administration:
Provide administrative support across regional offices as required.
Maintain company documentation to ensure a professional standard for all internal and external communications.
Complete ad hoc administrative tasks to support the wider business.
Qualification and requirements:
Skills & Experience:
Strong written and verbal English skills (communication and training will be via Microsoft Teams).
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Previous administration and/or accounts receivable experience.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience with accounting software, preferably Xero.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
