- Scanning, photocopying and recording of all documents related to AR (AR/OR, cheques, payment advice, and other task related)
- Responsible for maintaining an organized and updated filing of AR documents inclusive of the BIR 2307 forms.
- Prepares daily deposit slips and transmittal to bank and ensures that the deposit slips were surrendered by the auth. messenger after the deposit.
- Records daily collections and maintains updated Collection Summary
- Prepares AR for payment remittances received for the day
- Responsible for updating the collection summaries for accounts with pass - through costs.
- Responsible for the retrieval of AR - related documents requested
- Prepares/maintains monthly AR Summary for Tax Team (all entities).
- Assists authorized messengers in the breakdown of computation to be indicated in the AR/OR.
- Assists in coordinating the collection schedule with Admin Team.
