  • Follow up on receivables and prepare aging reports per Distribution Center (DC).
  • Prepare and monitor daily unremitted collections per courier and per area.
  • Assist in the investigation of unremitted collections.
  • Address and resolve remittance-related concerns raised by network operations.
  • Submit daily reports on unremitted collections to the supervisor.
  • Identify and report any suspicious activities involving couriers.
  • Conduct investigations related to parcel and remittance discrepancies.
  • Process and review courier and consignee refund requests arising from remittance discrepancies.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Must be a resident of Cebu.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and other related functions.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
