We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable – Vendor Reconciliation professional to manage vendor account reconciliations, resolve disputes, and support audit compliance. The ideal candidate ensures accuracy in all vendor transactions and maintains strong vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform vendor account reconciliations regularly and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage non-program claims, including returns, invoice discrepancies, consignment, and invalid freight/logistics charges.
• Prepare monthly SOX audit reconciliation packages and support audit requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve disputes efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of all vendor transactions in compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in accounts payable or vendor reconciliation.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SOX compliance and audit reconciliation.
• Knowledge of non-program claims and vendor dispute management.
