- Coordinate with BIR representatives for audits and inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and journal entry.
- Generate and send out invoices to foreign clients.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Ensure accuracy in billing amounts and resolve any discrepancies.
- Coordinate with clients regarding billing inquiries and disputes.
- Responsible in handling petty cash fund and liquidations.
- Prepares all necessary documents for third parties.
- Responsible for payroll releasing.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Participate in internal and external audits.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by immediate superior.
- Graduate of BS in Accountancy or a related accounting degree
- With at least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or audit
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Highly detail-oriented and capable of meeting deadlines
