- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations.
- Prepare financial statements and reports to ensure compliance.
- Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Collaborate with auditors during financial audits.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and policies.
- Analyze financial data to support decision-making.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Expertise in Audit, Process Improvement, Billing, Financial Analysis, Purchasing, Compliance, Financial Statements, Financial Modeling, Analytical Skills, and Statistical Analysis.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare financial statements, conduct audits, improve processes, and ensure compliance.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with standard working hours, occasional overtime may be required.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong analytical thinking, proactive problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities.
