Description
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Journal Entries
- Reconciliations
- Treasury / Cash Management
- Inventory Management
- Month-end and Year-end Books Closing
- Financial Statement Preparation
- Preparation of Management Reports
- Payroll
- Assisting in the preparation of budgets
- Managing records and receipts
- Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions
- Preparing balance sheets
- Processing invoices
- Developing an in-depth knowledge of organizational products and process
- Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters
- Supporting the Finance Manager and executives with projects and tasks when required
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree major in finance, accounting or equivalent.
- Candidates must live within NCR, preferably in Mandaluyong, or Pasig, Ortigas Areas.
- must know how to communicate using English Language
