Responsibilities

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions including sales, purchases, and expenses.
• Prepare and post journal entries to ensure accurate general ledger balances.
• Assist in processing accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Reconcile daily sales reports, cash receipts, and bank statements to verify accuracy of retail store transactions.
• Monitor inventory-related accounting entries and coordinate with the warehouse or store teams for discrepancies.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including account reconciliations and report preparation.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries for management review.
• Ensure all accounting records are properly organized and filed in compliance with company policies.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned by the Accounting Manager

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related course
• Effective communication and coordination skills with suppliers
• With experience in handling purchases and accounts payable.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial documents.
