The Accounting Staff is responsible for performing a variety of accounting, bookkeeping, and financial tasks to support the accounting department. This includes processing transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with audits, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

• Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses, payments).
• Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledgers.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
• Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Perform other administrative and accounting duties as assigned.

• Graduate of BS in Accountancy or any related course
• With At least 1 year work experience as an Accounting Staff
• Knowledgeable in using SAP
• Knowledgeable in Manual Bookkeeping
• Willing to work onsite in Taytay Rizal
