Job description

1. Post financial transactions accurately into the accounting system.

2. Generate and update accounting schedules and monitoring files.

3. Reconcile financial transactions and balances, including inter-company transactions.

4. Maintain digital and physical copies of accounting documents.

5. Assist in the preparation and handling of all types of taxes, including Income Tax, VAT, Expanded Withholding Tax, Compensation Tax, and Final Tax (monthly, quarterly, and annually).

6. Assist in various finance and accounting-related tasks as needed

Qualification:

• BS Accountancy graduate
• Preferably with experience in using Quickbooks accounting software
• With basic computer literacy skills
• Knowledgeable in preparing, reviewing, and filing accurate and timely corporate tax returns in compliance with BIR regulations.
• Familiar with and regularly updated on government tax laws, BIR rulings, issuances, and court decisions
• Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Excel
