- Prepare, review, and maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Record daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
- Prepare billing, invoices, and monitor collections
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and government regulations
- Compute and process payroll, taxes, and statutory contributions when required
- Prepare and file tax returns and government reports (e.g., BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, if applicable)
- Monitor budgets and control expenses
- Maintain and organize accounting documents and records for audit purposes
- Assist during internal and external audits
- Coordinate with other departments regarding financial transactions
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned
