- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and manage ledger entries
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
- Collaborate with auditors during financial audits
- Provide support for budgeting and forecasting activities
- Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in Accounting or Finance is required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Accounts Payable, Financial Management, Budgeting, Billing, and Financial Analysis.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard hours; potential for occasional overtime during peak periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical mindset, strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities.
