Recording of sales invoice in Odoo system.
Responsible for the Review and approval of contract tagging for all the branches.
In-charge for the issuance of Delivery Receipt & Val out.
In-charge for issuance of Invoices.
In-charge for monitoring of Series no for Vatable DR and Sales Invoice.
Monitor unbilled Delivery receipt.
Organize Filling of DR’s and Invoices.
Responsible in Generating Sales Reports in compliance with BIR.
Ensure Billing Practices comply with BIR regulation and company policies.
Coordination with Data Analyst to Ensure timely submission of Sales Report and make an analysis per AE, Per Branch, Per Product Category and Per architect/ designer.
Attends to other related concerns and performs other duties as may be assigned by Accounting Manager / Management.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience of at least 1-3 years in related field is required
Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. Knowledge in Odoo system is an advantage.
Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
Strong problem-solving skills, basic accounting principles knowledge, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, data analysis and multi-tasking skills.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Ability to interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner.
Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
