- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Process invoices, manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration field related field.
- Experience Level: No prior experience is required; entry-level applicants are encouraged.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage financial transactions, prepare financial statements, assist with audits, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with standard working hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach.
