Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
Check preparation for Petty Cash, Reimbursements and Cash Advance by employees.
Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
Receiving and recording vouchers, cash and checks
Perform basic accounting/auditing duties
Recording of sales, purchases and expenses
Computation and preparation of collections
Ensure accurate and timely monthly closed activities
Prepares and verifies details of business transactions to post respective journal entries

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
1 year(s) of working experience is advantage but not required.
Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision
Must Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Applications, Accounting Software, Cost analysis, Teamwork
Analytical abilities, High degree of attention to detail, and accuracy
Strong analytic abilities
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Works well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ownership and pride in work product
CPA, or other relevant certifications is a plus.
