Job Description
- Prepare and maintain financial records.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Conduct monthly reconciliations and financial analysis.
- Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes.
- Prepare tax returns and support internal audits.
- Communicate financial information to management effectively.
- Assist in preparing financial statements, manage accounts payable/receivable, and support audits.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience Level: Open to Fresh Graduates or Students.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, proficiency in accounting software, and excellent communication abilities.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard hours; potential for overtime during financial reporting periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Integrity, self-motivation, adaptability, and a desire to learn.
