- Accounts Payable: Process invoices, verify financial data, and manage payment schedules. Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate entries in the accounting system.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records, including filing, archiving, and retrieving documents as needed.
- Data Entry: Input financial data into accounting software and spreadsheets. Ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Expense Management: Track and process company expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Communication: Liaise with vendors, customers, and other departments to resolve billing and payment issues.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the finance team.
