Description
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records.
- Process invoices, payments, and reconciliation.
- Assist in monthly financial reporting and budgeting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies.
- Utilize accounting software for transactions and reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in AR, AP, or GL functions
- Hands-on experience with SAP Business One or a similar ERP system is required
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
