- Prepare and maintain financial records.
- Ensure accuracy of financial statements and reports.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance.
- Assist with budget preparation and forecasting.
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Collaborate with other departments for financial analysis.
- Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices.
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Accounting or related field
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in accounting
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in QuickBooks, MS Office, and accounting software; strong written and verbal communication skills
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
