Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, and general ledger.
• Monitor and manage food cost accounting and can do inventory tracking
• Reconcile bank statements and balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports.
• Assist with budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with procurement and production departments to ensure accurate costing and expense tracking.
• Maintain accurate records for audits and tax reporting purposes.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and external regulatory standards.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, and other departments to resolve accounting-related issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum 1–3 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in the food or hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of food costing, inventory management, and production expenses.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Deployment will be at our Head Office in One Corporate Central, Mandaluyong City.
