- Maintain financial records and ensure accuracy
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and journal entries
- Assist with monthly financial close and reporting
- Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation
- Utilize accounting software for effective data management
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduate or student with relevant coursework.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, SAP, Audit, Process Improvement, Billing, and Bookkeeping.
- Working Conditions: Standard office environment with typical business hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical thinker with strong communication skills.
