- Manage daily accounting operations and transactions.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports and records.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
- Assist with budget preparation and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews.
- Support the finance team with various tasks as needed.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in accounting roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in SAP and QuickBooks; strong billing and invoicing skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage billing processes, assist in financial reporting, and maintain accurate records.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a team player.
