Accounting Specialist

Job Description
- Process and record accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and on time
- Assist in payroll checking, computation, and related documentation
- Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and supporting documents
- Reconcile invoices and resolve discrepancies
- Provide administrative and clerical support to our accounting team
- Maintain confidentiality and security of financial and employee data
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
- Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Effective organizational and time-management skills
- Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required
