To support the finance department in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

1.0 Accounting Staff (Accounts Receivable)

•  Maintain and update accounting records and files (specifically sales and receipts)
• Monitor and review daily customer sales and account receivables
• Process receipts and SOA for customers
• Following up & ensuring on-time payment of customers
• Prepare reports related to Sales, Collections and Aging of Accounts
• Receivables needed for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statement
• Support internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with other departments for financial data and reporting.

2.0 Accounting Staff (General)

• Printing of sales invoice and delivery receipts
• Assist in other daily accounting transactions
• Assist in maintaining and updating of other accounting records
• Maintain and update accounting records and files.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with other departments for financial data and reporting.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

 Experience

1–2 years of relevant work experience in accounting or bookkeeping.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
