We are looking for an Accounting Staff to perform general accounting functions in a PEZA-registered company. This role will support the Accounting Manager in daily accounting operations, reporting, and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and demonstrates a strong understanding of Japanese work culture and professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general accounting operations in compliance with PEZA and local regulatory requirements
• Assist the Accounting Manager with daily accounting tasks, reports, and documentation
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including vouchers, ledgers, and supporting schedules
• Ensure proper filing and documentation for audits and internal reviews
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities as required
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely financial data
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and Japanese workplace standards

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Graduate of an Accounting or related program, or at least one (1) year of relevant accounting experience
• Knowledge or familiarity with PEZA regulations is an advantage
• Basic understanding of general accounting principles and practices
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling confidential information
• Demonstrates professionalism and an understanding of Japanese work culture and expectations
• Must reside within a one-hour commute to Carmona, Cavite
