Description

  • Manage invoices, assist with financial reporting, and maintain accurate records.
  • Manage daily accounting tasks and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, and financial statements.
  • Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end closing processes.
  • Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: A diploma in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Accounts Payable and Receivable, financial statements, bookkeeping, and accounting software.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with standard hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
