Accounting Specialist

Job Description
- Manage daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy
- Prepare and maintain financial reports
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
- Collaborate with team members for audits and compliance
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Management, Audit, and Reconciliations. Knowledge of SAP is essential.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage billing processes, prepare financial statements, and conduct general ledger accounting.
- Working Conditions: Full-time position in an office environment, with potential overtime during peak seasons.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical thinker, strong communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
