  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Certified Public Accountant principles, reconciliations, audit processes, compliance regulations, and preparation of financial statements.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage financial records, perform audits, ensure compliance, and prepare detailed financial reports.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, may require extended hours during financial closing periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical thinker, strong communicator, with a high ethical standard.
