  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Process invoices and manage accounts payable/receivable.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
  • Analyze financial data and generate reports.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Accounts Payable and Receivable, Budgeting, Billing, Compliance, QuickBooks, and Account Reconciliation.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may involve some overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently.
