Description
- Perform daily accounting tasks including ledger management and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Assist in budget preparation and forecasting.
- Collaborate with auditors and provide necessary documentation.
- Manage payroll and accounts payable/receivable processes.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in accounting or financial roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong compliance and financial analysis skills, proficiency in accounts receivable, and adept at reconciliations.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, standard working hours, potential for remote work.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset, strong organizational skills, and effective communication abilities.
