• Perform daily and monthly financial and accounting transactions using the general ledger system
• Manage and execute monthly analysis and reconciliations of balance sheet accounts
• Analyze financial data and prepare accurate financial reports
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information
• Assist in automating and streamlining internal and corporate reporting processes
• Deliver end-to-end finance activities within the Finance and Accounting Business Services group, including:
• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• General Accounting

Key Tasks:

• Prepare and post journal entries
• Perform account reconciliations
• Support treasury and cash management operations
• Assist with period-end and month-end close processes
• Execute standard monthly financial activities
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure compliance and accuracy

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or other accounting-related courses (strictly required)
• Minimum of 6 months solid experience in Finance/Accounting, specifically in Record to Report (R2R) or General Accounting processes, including:
• Transaction processing
• Period-end closing cycle
• Financial reporting
• Willing and able to work on-site (Full RTO) in Quezon City, Mandaluyong, or Taguig
• Open to working flexible shifts, including night and graveyard schedules
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
