Accounting Manager

Job Description
- Oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliation
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Monitor inventory accounting, costing, and valuation
- Ensure accurate recording of sales, returns, discounts, and promotions
- Reconcile sales reports with POS systems and wholesale billing
- Monitor gross margins and cost of goods sold (COGS)
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and government regulations
- Lead annual budgeting and financial forecasting
- Monitor budget performance and report variances
- Support cash flow planning and working capital management
- Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
